Chez Melange, the iconic South Bay restaurant that now includes three separate eateries, Sea Change, The Oyster Bar and Bouzy Gastropub is no stranger to carefully crafted wine dinners. With a monthly wine dinner series in place, owner Michael Franks invites winemakers and reps from all over to give a first hand experience at each wine dinner.
