LA Waterfront Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade

Who says Halloween is just for humans? Dress up your pet and enjoy treats and activity stations along the promenade. Costumes are encouraged, but not required. Parade route starts at Downtown Harbor in San Pedro, then along the Harbor Blvd. Parkway Promenade to the Fanfare Fountain. Pets should be leashed, caged, or otherwise restrained – no exceptions. Donated items will be accepted to benefit the Harbor Area Animal Shelter. A FREE community event brought to you by the Port of Los Angeles.
