Mickey’s Deli in Hermosa Beach is offering a regular-sized $5 Mickey’s Combo Deal for the whole month of August. This mouthwatering sandwich includes Cotto Salami, Chopped Ham, Bologna, Swiss Cheese, Mustard, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Pepperoncinis and Red Onions. It’s the perfect treat for a summer picnic, a day at the beach, or for a quick on-the-go bite.
Mickeys Deli is known for their authentic Italian food including a variety of sandwiches, pizza, pastas, salads, and calzones. Founder Mickey opened his deli in 1953 at just 22 years old after saving up $2000 and taking a small loan from his father. The Deli quickly became favorited among local surfers that loved Mickey’s infamous, “Sauce Sandwich” because of its delicious flavor and affordability. After Mickey passed away in 2011, his son Paul took over the family tradition and continues to be a favorite among the locals.
