Where is the cheapest gas in the south bay?

In Lomita its the ARCO station at 2031 Palos Verdes Drive N (Cross street Rolling Vista Drive) $3.85 today

In San Pedro its the Mobile Station at 2490 S Western (Cross Street 25th) $3.89 today

In RPV it is the 7-11 at 31186 Hawthorn Blvd (@ PV drive W) $3.93 today

The most expensive I’ve seen is $4.34 anyone with higher?  Tips on finding the lowest?
